This is an automatic screen printing machine for bottle caps and other curved or round surface items. The machine is with one printing station to do one color printing purpose. But also combine another color machine for doing two colors printing purposes. Even machines can be designed for hot stamping or screen printing and hot stamping purposes.
The machine is also can be customized for different applications.
Products to print: plastic cap, aluminum cap, bottle cover, plastic lids, bottle lid, bottle closure, wine cap, etc.

1. Programmable logic controller and touchscreen display
2. Servo motor driven transmission system, print head and screen frame, etc. makes higher accuracy.
3. Automatic loading and unloading system with speed adjustable conveyor belt and multi-axis servo robot.
4. The jigs on the machine are controlled by the servo motor in rotation.
5. For cylindrical products without registration points, we have an optional video positioning system to figure out. Also can avoid printing on the molding line on the bottle.
6. With LED UV curing or electric UV curing system (optional).
7. All the tooling parts like jigs can be changed quickly for other products to print.
