Application
This labeling machine is widely used in food, cosmetic, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other industries. It is specially designed for all kinds of cylindrical, tapered object labeling. Not only one side but also two sides in front and back side of the bottle can be labeled in the located place. The machine can work alone or connect to the production line.
Date printer can be added for printing production date, batch lot, and expiry date while labeling.
Products to print: water bottles, glass bottles, plastic bottles, perfume vials, milk bottles, wine bottles etc.

Description
1. Control system we use Panasonic from Japan, which keeps high stability and a low failure rate.
2. Machine built with touch screen display, direct visual interface for easy operation. Optional languages settled. It is easy to adjust all electrical parameters and has a counting function, which is helpful for production management.
3. Detection system we use a German LEUZE/Italian Datalogic label sensor and a Japanese Panasonic product sensor, which are sensitive to label and product, so that can ensure high accuracy and stable labeling performance.
4. The machine will alarm when a problem occurs, such as a label spill, label broken, or other malfunctions.
5. Main parts of the machine we use stainless steel and anodized senior aluminum alloy, with high corrosion resistance and never rust.
6. Equip with a voltage transformer to adapt to local voltage.
