Application
This is a fully automatic multicolor screen printing machine with all servo drive control. It is specially designed for aluminum can printing purpose.
It is also applied to print on different shape of bottle and other containers. Machine works with all servo drive system, camera registration, which is much more precise and efficient in production. Fully automatic loading and unloading, dust clean, preheat treatment, after every color printing, quick LED curing, after finishing all printing operations, a curing machine can be connected.
Products to print: aluminium can, beverage can, pop can, drink can, glass bottle, plastic cup etc.

Description
1. Programmable logic controller and touch screen display, all functions can be set in the conrol panel.
2. Automatic servo robot hand uploading and servo motor driven transmission system, all there servo controls actions especially printing head, screen mesh frames, printing speed, printing angle, registration and other parameters.
3. Turntable type structure makes high efficiency, including 1 dust clean staion, 1 heating staion, eg.4-color including 4 printing staions and 4 LED uv curing staions. If need, also available to build with hot stamping station.
4. Built with high definition camera for registration. After each printing station there is an LED UV curing device for quick drying so as to follow next color printing ASAP.
5. External UV curing machine is optional to add for final curing after all printing processes.
6. All the tooling parts like jigs can be changed quickly for other products to print. Servo driven structure is much easier than traditional machanical configuration, no need gears.
7. With security alarm system for detection of operation error, no product no print function, low pressure warning, loading and unloading error warning.
8. Camera vision system(CCD) is option to choose, for round products without registration point. It can make twice printing in one station.
